“Very happy arrived on day they said it would!! Little bit of a chip on the end but they left it longer than I needed so I could just cut the damaged edges off”

“sorry not very happy ordered square edged worktops was told on the morning of delivery they had dents so had no choice but accept round edge ones as builder was arranged for that day”

Hi Mr Ford, Thanks for taking the time to feed back your comments. We are sorry we were unable to fulfil the order within our normal timescales. We usually recommend not to book in joinery work until after the goods have been received in good condition. For eventualities such as this where due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to get them out to you in time . It looks like on this case the worktops have arrive in to us damaged from the manufacturer so when we have pulled them out to quality check before delivery we have found damages . I am glad we were able to offer you an alternative ,even though it wasn't ideal so you could complete the job. Kind Regards Lisa

“I needed a bifold door for my utility area but found that the size I needed wasn't standard. Locally I couldn't find different sized doors or reasonably priced custom ones. I found Savoy on the internet and chose them because of the consistently good reviews. Ordering was simple with clear measuring instructions and delivery was quick and a good price. The van driver helped me check over the door and carried it inside. I appreciated the phone call to explain delivery. Thank you. The door is just what I wanted and is sturdy- better quality than standard ones I'd seen in the big DIY stores.”

“Easy to order, reasonable price, and they do 1m lengths which is exactly what we needed rather than a full 3 meters. Was able to get the item delivered on a specific day too.”

“I received a call from Customer service to arrange a morning delivery, but as I work til 12pm everyday we arranged delivery after 12 the driver would also call 1 hour before. However I had a call at 10.30am saying they were outside my home, didn't call an hour before!! also assured me worktop was well protected from the rain it wasn't and the polythene was ripped. Fortunately it didn't rain but its not the point.”

Hi There, Thank you for your review! Sorry your were not 100 % happy with our delivery. We offer an all day delivery service between 8 am and 6pm. Due to the nature of the goods we send out we are unable to offer a timed delivery slot. However where we can we do try and call an hour before delivery, in this case our driver didn't have any signal to give you a call which is unfortunate. we apologise for the inconvenience. Good morning thank you for your review. I understand your point regards the weight of a 3 metre worktop which is approximately 30kg in weight. But please be rest assured that Savoy Timber delivery drivers are fully trained to lift and manoeuvre these worktops for our customers and do so daily. Thank you for assisting the driver to carry the worktops into your property but our drivers can do this if required we would not want to ask our drivers to do something they are not trained to do. Thank you once again for your review.

“I did not receive the item I ordered and paid for. Members of the after sales team did make contact, said they had sent a replacement which has also not arrived and then did not phone back when they said they would after I requested a refund.”
