“Firstly the order was incorrect and secondly, the items were damaged and dirty. They were sent unwrapped and loose, so they were being thrown and knocked about in the delivery van. (You own vans)No telephone call to say when delivery or collection would be that day, so I had to stay in all day. I am very disappointed with the service and the state of the items and have had to return them, as they were unfit for purpose. I asked to speak to the manager but I have not had a phone call back. I am still awaiting a full refund....Customer Service is very poor and when things do go wrong you should make every effort to contact the customer as soon as possible..You failed on every level....Customer Service is everything!!! Now in the hands of Paypal to get our money back!”
