“Good quality product , was supposed to come with hinges but not till i got home and unpacked the product did i realise they were not included. Complained but no response”

“Excellent wooden stakes quite suitable for the intended application - that of displaying election posters.. Some what inconvenient requiring that a signataure on receipt of goods delivered was required for such a low value of goods. Is it not possible to offer a no 'signature reqiured' delivery service”

“Excellent response to technical queries and slick order process. Tuffnell delivery left a lot to be desired. No-show on the appointed day and no advice from them. (They had delivered to the wrong address). Ann-Marie did a great job in tracking down the problem and keeping me informed once I had told you that it had not arrived. One suggestion for you.... The manufacturers leaflet enclosed with the Zenith laminate worktop clearly states that the 3m long sheets are carried upright to avoid damage. I recommend that you attach clear and obvious handling advice on the outside of your packaging. The Tuffnells guy didnt know how and encouraged me to help him carry it flat. Luckily it survived! Others may not be so lucky. Really happy with the Savoy service in all other respects and I would recommend you to others. Thanks, Dave Wallis”

“I always find the everybody very helpful and offer good advice and assistance when needed. I have visited Savoy over 50 times in the last 9 months for supplies and they never fail to please. The only problem I have had is an external pine door in in which the veneer in the lower panel was blown. I spoke to another customer who had had a similar problem. I understand these are bought in and therefore it was a quality issue with their supplier. Whilst this was annoying as I could only spot the fault after cutting and painting , the manager replaced immediately to which I was grateful. Excellent service.”

“customer services are brilliant they help us sort a minor problem. could not believe the price ,we only bought a small I mitre length of work top and they cut it to size. With next day delivery . we are thinking about buying new worktops for next year. When we change our kitchen .”
