“Placed order on line, (easy to do) then realised I had ordered wrong length of timber. Called office, order rectified and refund made-all confirmed by email, within minutes. Excellent customer service. Received a call from local depot, a couple of hours later, asking if they could deliver that day, which they did.(I realise that will not happen every time). Delivery driver, Johnny, very friendly and chatty as he unloaded the timber.”

“Just about the only place I could find that is selling contiboard of different colours and sizes at reasonable price. Dealt with my questions on the phone before I placed my order online, delivered quickly, a great service and will use again before I bother looking at other websites.”

“Great service, and products at great prices. Delivery by Dave was on time and very friendly. Nothing too much trouble, even carried the worktop to exactly where needed. Will definitely be looking at Savoy timber website, the next time I am looking for timber products. Well done.”

“There I do on YouTube was helpful and contacting them was easy and they did be very patient as I asked a lot of questions and that’s why I used them and would recommend them to anyone so helpful and so easy to deal with I do recommend savoy timber !!!”

“Bought a decking kit specifically to fit back garden and to negate the need to cut myself. Kit arrived with joists too long, requiring me to source a mitre saw and cut myself. Build delayed and now by over a week and forced to cancel plans.”
