“My order is still to be delivered I am aware of the lead time but the salesman in Blackpool was very informative and helped us make a decision. We ordered online and have received a call from customer services. Very Impressed!”

“Exceeded expectations same worktops as bnq saved 80 pounds on 2 worktops and splash back Mississippi pine also got the edging strip thrown in as wasn’t in stock on time of delivery but was sent out as promised next day free of charge cracking experience”

“Good quality decking easy to fit, but service needs improvement. Stock said 14 items but only 13 arrived phoned to enquire about this was told they would look into this but no return call or e-mail. Waited a week before I started but decided to go a head and build, completed the decking and looks good. Still not sure what the item ie-4 of 14 was but I hope it is not required.”

“The decking is great for what we need and do. It's the best price we can find at the moment for this type. I am a bit critical about the shipping of 85 pound and changes depending on the amount required. Surely a standard charge must apply for delivery to Dundee. That said I'm sure a price for delivery could be negotiable on the next purchase. Other than that the decking is great.”

“I ordered online, but decided to collect myself since the delivery charge seemed too high. The material was as described. The warehouse staff was very helpful, they organised very quickly the loading of the material on my van. Will recommend Savoy to other people.”

“From the start Savoy were good to deal with. Everything went through smoothly. We were given delivery times the day before, which for us was important. The delivery man, I think it was Adrian, was also excellent. He rang from his van to warn us he would arrive within 30 minutes. 29 minutes later he was knocking on my door. He was friendly and hard-working. I gave him a hand with some of the materials and we got on like a 'house on fire'! I would gladly recommend the firm.”

“Excellent service - decking was delivered within a few days of ordering however the screws that come with the plastic decking clips are really soft and the heads are easily damaged and once damaged can not be removed. The screws also look like they will rust. I will be replacing all the screws with stainless steel ones.”
