“The gate you made for me was put together with 1mm panel pins, the strengthening X members only had 2 pins each end, Very poor workmanship!!!”

Hi there, when we make made to measure custom gates the braces are loosely pinned so that they can be moved should you wish to hang the gate on the left or on the right. The braces are therefore not a finished element of the gate and require screwing on whichever side is suitable dictated by the side you hang the gate on this is described on the listings for all our made to measure gate listings kind regards Savoy Timber

“Great website, excellent communication and great delivery. Quality product, had to go for the 19mm decking boards due to door clearance, thought they might be a bit cheap and flex but no, on barers set 40mm apart worked brilliant”
