“Hi, I received the decking boards yesterday and only 13 out of 20 are usable the rest are split or damaged and three out of the ten pk are also damaged beyond use please can advise me on what you are prepared to do about it as I cannot complete the job. kind regards Paul”

“Ordered via online ,Asked for the Decking boards to be cut to size prior to my collection Was informed by a 5 star employee that (WE DO NOT CUT DECKING BOARDS ) arrived at store and was told that they will cut as I requested , Thanks to the staff at Wigan Branch the issue was resolved .”

“Not delivered on 5/7/18 as informed. Although I had taken the day off work and arranged a joiner to fit the doors. Not informed of yesterday’s delivery until I had made a couple of phone calls. Having paid the excessive delivery charge I really think it was a very poor service.”

“We have bought 2 pergolas from savoy and are really pleased with both of them. The second one we bought some of the cross sections were the wrong ones, but these were changed without any problems. Also a few were warped and had to be changed and some of these are still warped but we will have to use them.”
