“Worktop arrived with a small 'dint' in it and unfortunately the two edging strips were both damaged. These things happen. I was not prepared to package everything back up again, so contacted Savoy and they agreed immediately to send us new edging strips which they have not done. I will be able to repair the dint with a little glue and it shouldn't make much difference. I am very impressed with the level of customer service that they have demonstrated.”

“Great service. I placed an online order one evening and Savoy were on the phone by 9am the next day to arrange a delivery slot. The timber was with me by 10:30 am. Pleasant & friendly staff made the delivery with no hassle, just really good service and price. Thank You Savoy”
