“Its goid for price, on piece was damaged but unfortunately id cut it so didn't report it. The delivery drivers weren't very helpful and just left it on the drive. But you get what you pay for. So as far as value for money it was very good 👍”

“Ordering and delivery was easy and was kept informed. The only confusion was that when the final order was placed it stated 5-10 working days for delivery. However, it turned out it was the next working day.”

“When I ordered the timber didn't realise it would take 9 days to deliver when the yard in Blackpool is less than 2 miles away....might collect next time .”

“Decided my 20 year old decking needed replacing, so I turned my firewood into bbq ready with the help from Savoy. Really good prices and product. Really helpful when I had slight issues. Would highly recommend”

“Prices were great during the sale. Prompt delivery, and when I realised I'd ordered the wrong size timbers they picked up and re-delivered in fast time. Great service.”

“Helpful and friendly staff, across multiple visits to Preston, would have got you 5 stars, but there were avoidable delays and then further errors with my order. Everything was eventually put right but if it wasn't for the customer-facing staff I'd have given 1 star.”

“Wanted decking area on top garden for greenhouses and shed. Most have max length 4m - Savoy had 6m - ideal as I wanted 6m x 4m with ramp so grooving had to be along 6m length for traction. Ordered on line. Arrived 07.15 on day stated. Offload by hand onto drive. Driver extremely helpful and pleasant. Great value. Great service.”

“2 years ago I ordered the Oak Mountain worktop for my bathroom and forgot to review it. I'm about to order again for my kitchen because the customer service was so memorably excellent and the bathroom is still my favourite space in my home thanks to this product - couldn't be beaten on price either!”
