“Ordered laminated pine sheets and they were a perfectly flat, no warping at all. Only downside was the delivery van had a leaky roof which meant one end of an MDF sheet was soaking wet. Fortunately I didn't need quite all of the sheet. Delivery was quick and driver apologised for damaged sheet.”

“Your Courier didn`t let me know they where coming, and when they arrived l had to help him unload the 4 worktops, l am 73 with health problems, the worktop packaging was damaged on all the worktops and they where lying on top of other parcels.”

“I thought that your receptionist who took my order and was very pleasant and competent said that my counter would have an end strip of Formica enclosed with the order. if so I didn’t get the strip..Also delivery. Took about 10 days which I thought was a bit slow. I am it making a complaint but you did ask, Donald Law”

“Ordered solid work top samples 2 weeks ago as we are due to have a new kitchen installed as yet still not arrived have spoken to one of your colleagues who was very unhelpful and quite uninterested with my problem and just stated they will be posted out by second class ,I have since orded more samples from work top Express they will arrive by saturday after only ordering them 2 days ago as we are looking to spend 1600 pounds on this type of work top i though your staff would have been more helpful and interested in solving the problem,”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE. Over two months now and they still haven't completed my order. I have had to send lots of emails to chase things up. Gave me a part refund for the fact that they didn't cut the work surface to the size that I ordered and paid for. Also didn't receive the free edging strip with my order. Then sent the wrong edging strip out twice and still have not received the correct one. Sent final complaint but no reply. DISGUSTING.”
