“5 star service apart from the receptionist who made me feel stupid ,I dont know the first thing about wood. Asking for advise but she couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. Otherwise 5 Stars fo everything else”

“Excellent service. Informed of the delivery and the stages it was at. Delivered on time and in good condition. Would recommend Savoy Timber to friends and relatives - third party delivery company. Very helpful and friendly driver too. Driver even helped me put the 3m worktops x2 where I needed it adhering to the guidelines.”

“Excellent service, only wanted a small (1metre) length of worktop and Savoy Timber saved me buying 2 or 3 metres and wasting the rest. Delivery very prompt, no edging strip in the package, rang up and edging strip delivered next day.”

“Product, great. Price, great. Only issue was I had to email twice about the product and get a delivery date and conformation of the order, to find delivery was the next day. Little time to make arrangements for someone to be here and would I have been told if I hadn't of emailed?? Product was great though, very happy with it...”

“Didnt cut my wood, even though I sent them a paypal message with the sizes. Then wanted me to pay to return the worktop. Worst service ive every experienced, buy local, not from these cowboys.”
