“Good prices on wood, delivery charges could be cheaper. I wished to add some items to my order, I rang Savoy and someone promised to ring me back but never did! My delivery arrived on the stated day but part of the delivery was missing so I had to go and pick the missing items up the next day.”

“We placed our order Monday evening and it arrived Friday lunch time excellent service. My only criticism is that we were not informed that it was arriving luckily I had just arrived home when the phone rang, it was the delivery driver asking how to find our house he was five minutes away. Ten minutes earlier there would have been no one in. Please give customers a delivery date”

“Willing to delete this review should the company recognise their mistake with my order and do the right thing and reply and rectify. Thankyou. Item not cut to sizes asked despite emailing before purchasing, missing strip and ignoring emails. Surprised for the poor service. How hard is it to read a customers order properly? Not the cheapest service and I definitely won't be paying to return it, i am vunerable and unable to leave the house, I expect you to resolve this thankyou. Driver did not allow me to check measures either as seller states on auction.”

“Worktop arrived damage with a chip in the middle of the back edge, and a split in the laminate at the back corner. Arrived with no edging strips but was advertised as free issue. Although packaging was dry, one cut edge of the worktop was wet. Poor.”
