“I have not fitted the worktop yet as the kitchen delivery from another supplier is late. However the service from Savoy timber in ordering and delivery was excellent.”

“Excellent service all round. Ordered on Saturday and told Thursday delivery. Monday they rung me and asked if I wanted it Tuesday. This was better for me and order arrived as they promised Tuesday around 12 o'clock. The girls in the office were very pleasant as was the driver who arrived with me order. Will definitely use them again.”

“Ordered and paid on line, got an email telling me I would shortly receive a conformation email and I can collect my goods. 7 days later, yup 7 days, I decided to call in and pick it up. Toolstation and Screwfix waiting time is approx 5 minutes.”

“The Rouille Zenith worktops supplied were excellent and at a good price. The goods were delivered, as arranged, just before the kitchen fitters were on site (as there was nowhere to store the worktops and upstands). The edges to all 4 upstands were damaged (see photos) or slightly untrue; this was only discovered when the kitchen fitters were on site. The fitters managed to rescue the situation but it entailed extra time and materials to make a routing rig to trim the edges. All of this was at extra cost to me. Savoy Timber have reimbursed about half the cost as a goodwill gesture but are stating that officially I have accepted the goods. The alternative would be to stop work, return the upstands, have replacements delivered, reschedule the fitters (3 or 4 weeks later) and endure the wrath of SWMBO!. So hats off to SavoyTimbers for the worktops, and an acknowledgement that they went half way to recompensing me for the damaged upstands they provided. My advice would be source the upstands from elsewhere!”

“Speedy delivery, pleasant helpful staff on telephone. Unfortunately they forgot the fixings and I had to wait another week for them before starting project. Three pieces of the timber were very badly bowed in all directions not sure how they got through quality control ?”

Hi There, So sorry to hear your not entirely happy with your timbers. we always send them out straight . sometimes they can bow if they are not stored correctly. we are so sorry your fixings were late . hope the project went well Lisa Savoy Tmber

“Prompt and helpful delivery of a 3 x 4.2 decking kit with handrails. Some screws missing from the fixing kit but nothing we couldnt fettle.”
