“After reading the excellent reviews I ordered some Wilsonart worktops late in the evening using the online system which I have to say was a breeze. Received an email just before 9am the next morning confirming the next available delivery date. Not only were the worktop prices cheaper than the competitors but the service from start to finish was spot on - would highly recommend.”

Dear Mr Hamlin, Thanks for taking the time to review our service. I am sorry the item was late. It was sent out with parcel force on time. Am a afraid Parcelforce must have been at capacity as are a lot of delivery services at the moment with the run up to Christmas. I can assure you that your edging was sent out to you on the 2nd December we have a record on file that this was sent royal mail. “I placed an order weeks ago for nearly £ 1,000 and I still haven't received the order and nobody made any attempt to update me on the delivery timings and the fact that your supplier had no stock. I only established that when I chased you. I still don't have an accurate delivery date and the communication could of been so much better from you.”
