“Expected dispatch didn't happen as communicated via email, I had to follow up twice to ensure it was delivered. Delivery company didn't contact to advise delivery, estimate time. So unfortunately after waiting the morning, had other commitments to attend to. Upon arriving home the top was delivered,and left on the side of my house. BUt upon opening the package, corners chipped, and front edge of the top had been damaged by some impact. Luckly, I need part of the top, and was able to cut off the damaged bits, for my installation. Pricing from Savoy Timber is highly competitive, and they very responsive telephonically and on email. But the rest, not great. Very hesitant to use in future.”

“Ordered a worktop cut to size, followed the instructions to include a message with the order giving the measurements required, also replied to one or their emails confirming the measurement required. Have been delivered a full work top length with no trim. Contacted Saboy Timber to be told that they did not receive the measurements and that they have now refunded the charge for cutting to size and that I just have to accept the worktop as it is. I am a 61 year old widow who does not have the tools or strength to cut this down to the correct size. To say I am not happy is an understatement, will not be using this company again and will not be recommending their services to anyone”

“My order arrived quickly and well packaged which is good as it looked like it had been walked on and dragged through the mud when it arrived! The contents were thankfully undamaged and certainly the courier and not the seller was to blame. Nice work top It's almost a shame to cut it.”
