“Great product great price and great delivery. Only one small issue. Sent three request to confirm that the worktop would be cut to the size requested but didn’t get any replies. Thankfully it turned up cut to the correct size. Apart from that top service.”

“It was very easy for me to order the work top which was advised to be on a 5 day lead time. Shortly after I place the order I got a communication stating it would be delivered WC 5th Oct. It was eventually delivered on the 10th November some 6 weeks after order and the first automated email was the only communication initiated by Savoy Timber. After that, It was down to me to chase for my delivery. On occasions I was given assurances that it was in dispatch and would be delivered and when that delivery was missed, on me chasing again, it was obvious that the worktop wasn't actually with them. Communication was poor, one sided and very frustrating”

“Really difficult to rate. Product and customer service very good. Pricing best in industry but let down by delivery. 2 weeks later still havent received completed order with couriers blaming Savoy, Savoy blaming carriers and its now also Royal Mails fault”

“The kitchen worktop was more than likely in perfect condition when it left the shop! The state if it when it arrived in the back of a scruffy van full of crushed boxes some which border line destroyed probably would not have met the shops standard let alone my own. Luckily I had over a meter of green and was able to cut both ends”
