“I'm sorry That I am not impressed with the service I received. All I ordered was 2 small samples to see if I liked either of them. Unfortunately it took over a week before they were even posted to me.”

“Ordered 19mm decking sent 16mm informed that they don't supply 16mm arranged a refund and collection through tuffnels no show for 3 days,decided to keep them am going to buy spacers to make up the difference, wouldn't have purchased the decking if it means doing this no offer of part refund”
