“I purchased a premium decking kit from Savoy timber, upon arrival it was damaged by courier so I let the sales team know from Savoy timber. I was impressed with the level of support I got from them, they could not apologise enough. I was informed that replacements were to be sent to me straight away, unfortunately the courier lost these and when rang to query where my replacements were I was told in a polite manner that these were lost in transit and that they were apologetic again and sending some more out the next day. Next day true to their word, Savoy timber has rectified the issue, with new decking boards. I can honestly say the customer service is second to none and they are absolutely committed to resolve any issues I had. The kit is great, I had a few split boards and these were replaced immediately. The kit is fantastic, the instructions are extremely easy to follow. I would highly recommend Savoy timber to anyone and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. Lastly THANKS to all the sales team that helped resolve my issues, your fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
