“I understand keeping costs down , but I’m not sure it should be assumed there is someone on the other end to help carry heavy items such as kitchen worktops . A paid delivery service , in my opinion should have two people delivering such heavy items . Also a better tracking service would help”

“Really happy with the decking I bought, got one of the “value packs” and it came with PLENTY of screws. Ordered it on 5-7 day delivery but it actually came in less than a day which was a nice surprise. Took a bit of math to upscale and calculate distances between parts but overall not to difficult.”

“Very disapointed with the level service, after the initial order was delayed tried to order some further items to finish my deck,customer services not particulary bothered, have been informed these have been dispatched when they havent at least five times causing costly delays...”

“Good pictures on website. Delivered fast, driver help me unloading track. Frame for decking 50% warped and bent, some big holes. Spends extra money for timber from another company. Unfortunately not happy customer.”

“Ordered some composite decking on-line, process was simple and was phoned within 2 hours with a delivery date. On the delivery date the driver phoned to say he could not make it that day as he was held up due to road closures. He promised he would be with us at 7:00am the following day and was true to his word. He was very polite, friendly and did most of the carrying down the garden.”
