“Great delivery, phoned ahead and backed onto drive way to unload. Smashing delivery driver who said, when I asked about a damaged board that I had seen, intimidated that an extra board is normally added to compensate. No extra board(s) despite me identifying (after the event) 4 damaged or very poor quality boards. I should have simply written ‘damaged items’ on the delivery note. Disappointed!”

“Easy to place order, reasonable price. Had phone call to confirm order. Took a week to deliver but unfortunately within that time I wasn't sent any information for a delivery day/date/time slot. Which meant I couldn't leave my home incase turned up.”

“The wooden decking planks and supporting structure was delivered separate to the fixing screws, which came next day. The assembly instructions were downloaded from the company website. They could have been clearer (some of the writing was very small) but we figured it out ok. It took two of us about 4-5 hours to screw it all together, including levelling the base using off-cuts I had from other jobs. The wood itself is good quality and pressure treated. A few of the decking planks were not completely straight but you have to expect that with natural products. You can 'correct' it by bending the affected plank into place slightly (using a large screw driver or similar wedge) while screwing it down. A temporary wooden spacer (or two) is essential to maintain the correct gap between each plank. We bought some additional wood to do the edging, just to finish it off. We also applied two coats of good quality wood preserver so rain water now beads on the surface. Overall, very pleased. Excellent value too.”

“Joke company, sent out a work top that was completely battered with danaged packaging also. Had to re ackage and have another day off work for them to collect, even though we sent photos proving that it was un re sellable and proof that we had purchased another. And we still havn’t received a refund!”

“Great products at great prices only issue I had was when I needed to order a few extra components, what I received was wrong and damaged on 2 occasions, after a call or two it was resolved, just delayed me a little, but would still recommend, possibly just need to check this before dispatching extra orders via mail/courier”

“Shop staff not helpfull 1st of all sent by the disinterested counterstaff to the wrong area, 2nd couldn't find a staff member to help, when I did he was very dismissive and said "outside order" then left abruptly. 3rd after eventually finding the outdoor staff and my order that I had been told it was ready for collection, I found it as half way through a delivery pallet and infact was not ready for collection, waited 20mins for the staff member to unload the pallet, really poor staff attitude and communication. But on balance the product was very good and meets all expectations.”
