“This was the second order placed by our household from Savoy Timber. The online ordering process was straightforward and the website was easy to navigate. We were called well before the estimated delivery date and asked if we could take early delivery so that was great and the items arrived that afternoon. The items bought look sturdy and as expected and hopefully will be in situ very soon. Thanks very much Savoy Timber. No hesitation in recommending you to family and friends.”

“Only thing was driver who dropped timber off did not leave in down side of my house , left it on path between me and my neighbour , exposed to sun and some pieces were bent when I got home from work”

“We ordered some decking and delivery was quick. We were left with some spare pieces which they arranged collection and refunded in a matter of days. Overall the customer care was excellent. Would highly recommend and would buy from Savoy again.”

“Would have given a better mark had they used a more reliable courier. Part of the shipment was not delivered. What was delivered was good and good balue, but can't start the build until all components arrive. Poor as no dispatch notification from Savoy, so didnt know a delivery day...and an email notification of delivery from courier just 50mins before it arrived requesting someone be at home ...”

“Very impressed with service,did say upto 14 days delivery but here in three days had to travel upto wigan for another three peices as I did a bit more decking service was great even yard man cut it down to size. Composite decking no complaints fantastic value”

“Always excellent service. We use them a lot and get them to cut things to size so all you need to do is assemble. Their delivery service is a bit expensive compared to some but with large items its worth it,”
