“Customer service was excellent, answers to any queries I made were dealt with promptly from very pleasant staff. My delivery arrived pretty much on time and the driver was very pleasant and very helpful. One thing that could be changed is notice of delivery, ie would be good to get it the day before instead of the same day, also did not get a phone call 1 hour before drop off. Overall, happy customer.”

“I placed an online order for some decking boards i received a call to tell me the delivery date and time and all was perfect until the delivery, he pulled up at my house he brings the timber to my door put the timber down all i got from him was a couple of grunts and the delivery note pushed into my hand and he left. A smile or even a good day would have been nice but no he was just miserable b****** that was the only thing that let Savoy Timber down”

“The order for custom built garden gate was mad in late May but not delivered until the beginning of September. A text message was supposed to be sent advising the day of delivery this was not done and therefore the gate was left outside our house. The cross members of the gate were not attached to the gate and fell out during unpacking.”

“I ordered a 6 inch wide door casing. The one that was delivered, was considerably less than 6 inches wide, therefore, on the whole, defeating the object of ordering it in the first place. I'm very disappointed to be honest. In my world, 6 inches means 6 inches !”

“My worktop arrived damaged. I opted to have it cut to size though the veneer had been chipped in the process. It was also missing the free edging trim. I relayed all my problems to a customer service representative. I then received a 2nd worktop and yet again, no edging trim. Numerous attempts to rectify these problems has taken a number of emails and at least 6 phone calls. No apology. I'm still waiting for the edging trim.”
