“Delivered on time. Product a bit damp when it arrived. However, not an issue due to current hot weather. Soon dried out. Decking looking good in my garden”

“Item was as described, delivery was on time and was unload by the driver and placed in requested place at front of house, decking was wrapped in bundles and was all in very good condition, I was kept informed by the seller about order picking/dispatching and delivery Can't fault the service or product quality thanjs”

“Would have been 5 stars except that the 8 x 4 x 9mm osb board was delivered as 2.4m x 1.2m, short by 40mm both ways. That would have caused me problems as I had every thing set out for 2.440 x 1.220 (8x4). Savoy changed it for 11mm osb with no extra cost. Messed my Saturday up though as I have to hang on for the exchange delivery. Spent well over £700 On timbers & ply but no discount. Timbers were all fairly straight & delivery was fair.”

“After delays firstly on product being damaged so you could not ship, secondly on fresh supplies not being sent to you but somebody else, finally goes we’re despatched via Palletwise, but alas no link to consignment. So, tried the old fashioned method of the telephone, whereupon a very helpful lady called Tina said she would find out what was going on a call back. In 20 minutes Tina called back with all the answers needed, and the truck arrived 15 minutes later- so lucky I called! My thanks to Tina for speed and professionalism!”

“Service and assistance very good - could be improved by scheduling delivery windows as we asked for an early morning delivery a week in advance yet had to wait until after dinner for the delivery. This can cause additional expense if working on a time critical job.”
