“Called to ask if they could deliver a car early. Same the cost of delivery is a rip off. £15 to deliver 3 miles is a joke. Considering if you're ordering decking.”

“Great service, I was called to arrange a delivery and it arrived by 9am. One piece of the decking had a split in it but the rest were in perfect condition. Came with all the screws but no instructions at all, so I had to look on YouTube to work it all out. Very good price.”

“After placing the order it turned out that the delivery charge wasn't added on since they are unable to deliver bags of gravel and Postcrete. It would have been better if this was made clearer at the ordering stage. However, after a call to the extremely friendly customer services team it was all sorted and on the way. The delivery turned up on the day expected and the delivery driver was incredibly helpful in putting everything where I needed it. Only downside was that we were missing a few items. However, after an email I received a refund on the missing items as requested (the reply was incredibly quick which was great). The instructions for the decking kit were basically 2 pages and a complete waste of time (luckily I didn't need them but if I had been an inexperienced DIYer they would have been useless in a complicated decking project) Whilst there were a few annoyances, the people I spoke to over email and phone were so helpful it made up for the things that went wrong. Would recommend.”

“Fast efficient service, good value for money, few bowed pieces of wood made it difficult to use. Only down side is wood was delivered on my front first thing in a morning, no one knocked or rang the door bell. I wasn’t able to check the product before accepting delivery like it states on website. They is a risk that products could have been stolen just left on front . Overall I am happy with product.”

“Ordered for delivery to a relatives address via Ebay. Kept well informed and updated at all stages of the order.Delivery as stated. Items as indicated. Good quality items,very competitive price with free delivery. Fitted over weekend,very satisfied customer.”

“I made an order for 10 decking planks, when they turned up there was 2 that was damaged, I know that it seems unimportant, however this project was so very important to me, my husband was furious, and felt that we had been so very poorly treated, things have been a little fraut lately, however there is an email to rectify the situation, 2 replacement decking rails could be sent to us, replacing the other 2. This could be a good idea!”

“Although delivery was expensive at over £150, the timber for our decking still worked out much cheaper than our local suppliers. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. If you are ordering the cheaper decking boards, order more than you need as some of ours had split, however still a good buy and good product.”
