“Good delivery at a reasonable cost and the product, whilst not the very best, is of a reasonable quality and was far cheaper than anywhere else. I would recommend Savoy Timber every time.”

“Timber quality was better than I expected for not choosing the wood myself. Only about 5 in 60 boards were chipped and maybe a few more had cosmetic flaws. Good website and delivery.”

“Although there was an initial problem with a incomplete delivery Savoy Timber acted really quickly to put that right which I found demonstrated that they have a good level of customer care.”

“The items I bought were really good quality and great value for money. I had a problem with delivery: the company advertises delivery seven days a week and next day delivery if you order before 11am Monday-Friday. I paid nearly £90 for next day delivery when I ordered at 9.11am on Friday - and my order arrived Tuesday afternoon. Apparently, it's next WORKING day delivery only for longer distances. Fair enough, but not clear on the website.”

“Very helpful staff, although disappointed that having paid nearly £250 for work top, you were unwilling to send the section that was cut off with our free delivery and we were expected to pay extra for this to be delivered.”

Hi There, Sorry to hear your not happy, we have never sent offcuts without charging extra for delivery as it incurs extra packaging and there is an extra charge from our courier to send the off cut. We can assure you this is only to cover our cost of sending this out. Glad to hear everyone was helpful . Kind regards Lisa

“Congratulations to Savoy Timber for excellent Customer Service. Your driver arrived promptly and was cheerful and friendly, between us we completed the delivery of timber and lawn items, your driver doing far more lifting that I did, "Thank You". The anti slip decking boards and grass was in excellent condition and has replaced and transformed a weather beaten old deck into a wonderful, stylist kick off your shoes and grab a beer area. This has been the perfect transaction and again I say "Congratulations", and I will indeed recommend your service and timber to prospective customers. Thank you and best wishes for the future. “I was replacing some of our decking and Savoy were the only people I could find who offered the matching size. It arrived quickly in SW London and was good quality. The tracking number with Tufnells delivery company didn’t work, neither did I get any prior information about the expected delivery day and time. They turned up unannounced but fortunately I was in.”

“the driver who dropped the decking off was very helpful. the only i have to say is i had to make my decking smaller because a lot of the timber was split at the ends, thank you”

“The decking kit I bought was delivered on time as stated and when assembled is good quality and looks brilliant. The only downside is that the rail brackets are VERY awkward to fit... otherwise excellent.”
