“Easy to order, made in good time. Delivery company shocking, made one attempt and left a UKMAIL calling card, delivery company was Tuffnells, rang to enquire and was told it was Coopers doing the delivery. Ended up having to collect myself”

“Although the goods & customer service were good the delivery service let us down. The goods were notified to be delivered on the Friday but we received them on the following Monday. We were asked to be on hand to assist the unloading and waited in vain. The courier did not contact us to apologise or to let us know they would not make it that day. Having said all of this, Savoy Timber customer services were very good in tracking the order and getting back to us to update the situation. Overall happy with the goods but disappointed in the courier service.”

“Good quality timber although there has been a few cracks through the ends of the decking lengths I ordered.. luckily I have ordered over what I need for this not to be a major issue as delivery costs were pretty heavy on my pocket overall I would order again as most of the time is of good quality and is as described on the website”

“The service was very good and the price was very competitive. I did find the delivery cost a bit on the high side and some several of the lengths of timber were very bent. But not pass being useable. Apart from that, happy.”

“Very helpful when i had mistakenly put wrong address and phone number on my order... order come within 3 days of placing which is fantastic and even was put down the ginnel as i was working .... only down fall was quality of 2 pieces of wood had chunks missing from the edges but for price of it im not too bothered will use again”

“Wood of good quality. Delivery not so good. So waiting for 5 x 5.4 metre decking boards to be delivered. Have been advise they will be dedpatched fot delivery thursday this week. Had to ring to chase up which wasn't great. All in all happy though ( if I get the outstanding items as promised)”
