“Easy to pick and order the worktop in these strange times. Was delivered damaged by courier. Was offered replacement straight away but didn’t need it as was where sink goes.”

“Very dissatisfied with the delivery was way over expected date Nearly a week that we were told, due to it been moved from one depot to another and we were never notified by either parties that this was happening and the reason why it was late due to a depot closing, I think a little more update and follow through with products would be a good idea to eliminate these situations happening in the future.”

“One of the few suppliers in the country who at this time (due to Covid-19) had the required item in stock and could deliver. Whilst I would normally source more locally and collect if possible, your help enabled me to complete a project. The short supply delay and delivery cost are a result of the virus situation.”

“The timber was excellent. My only moan was the time taken to despatch it. I appreciate the current situation and Savoy did keep me updated.”

“I ordered 2 x 10 packs of 6.0m lengths I received only 1 pack to which some were also split. I have contacted you numerous times and to be palmed of with it should be on another lorry and will be delivered today. Which is has not!?”

“Good price, quality, fast delivery but cutting is poorly done. Laminate on the edge is ripped off and about 4mm are missing. Have to cut it again or figure out how to do bended cover strip. Other side is all good.”
