“I can’t believe the value and quality of the worktop for my bathroom. Only wanted 1 metre worktop. I think it’s the only company on line that provides that service. Ordered and delivered without any problems. What a great company.”

“The ordering process was very straight forward. I input the measurements required for the bi-fold door that I ordered and it was was cut to size along with the track which came along with the door. All necessary accessories were included in the package and the instructions were clear. The company arranges a date for delivery to suit me. The delivery driver, Dave,was prompt, polite and friendly. The door and accessories provided were of good quality. The door was cut to size exactly as requested. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful if a you tube video was produced for hanging a bi- fold door of this type and a link included for customers. The written instructions were good, but viewing a video would have given me more confidence Thank you, excellent service.”

“The work top was competitively priced and arrived when stated, however two of the three worktops we ordered were damaged at the ends due to poor packaging and shoddy delivery service. We were able to get away with it as we had ordered more than we needed and returning them would have slowed our project. But would think twice before recommending or using again.”

Hi there thank you for your review. I am so sorry your worktops were damaged on the ends and of course we would have exchanged them for you without hesitation but as this was not possible and very glad you could utilise the items. Our worktops are slightly oversized which means that the laminate finished at exactly 3m but the board is oversized at each end just to ensure the working length is not affected if damaged in transit on the ends. Also we do take a lot of time and effort over our packaging using polystyrene packaging, banding and thick cardboard covers. I hope you will purchase from us again. Kind regards Savoy Timber

“Ordered 2 worktops which were delivered fast. Although there was slight damage on one, I had allowed extra in my calculations so it wasn't a problem, perhaps packaging on the ends could be a bit more robust. But loved the worktops they were just as described and the pics didn't do them justice”
