“Looking to revamp my stairs I needed 33 spindles with rail infills. I tried various suppliers for metal spindles, but got very frustrated with the responses I received and that I couldn't view and handle the products without ordering one. Eventually I decided on wooden spindles as direct replacements for the dark stained ones that I wanted to remove to lighten the area. Savoy delivered quickly and conveniently, the driver offloading them himself as I could not be there to accept delivery. There were around half a dozen spindles that I preferred not to use, but as I had ordered two packs of 20, I had spares. These are a natural product and I expected some variation in quality/finish. I have begun the process of replacing the old spindles and infills, and have found the Savoy product of good quality. I am confident I will be pleased with the overall outcome, and with the total price including delivery to Wiltshire of around £80, compared with the £700 I expected to pay for the metals ones, I expect to be pleased with the cost saving as well! Thank you.”

“The delivery experience and service was excellent. However can I suggest couple of points that may improve the product. Although I bought the value decking kit I wasn't expecting to have cut most of the timber to the correct size. Being a kit I think this not great.”

“On arrival worktop found to be damaged. Taken back by courier. Phoned regarding a replacement . Have not had any communication since.”

“I had a number of worktops cut to size. The worktops were the square edge type and when delivered I found I needed to purchase extra edge pieces for the cut ends. The edges were reasonably priced and I had the advice on how to fit them from one of the men in the workshop. The only thing that let the experience down was to find out that I could have had the ends glued on as part of the job”

“Happy with service delivered no problem on the date arranged. Most timbers nice & straight as requested. However, a few too many dead knots in timber, hence the 4 stars. Altogether price was competitive & would order again.”
