“Two kitchen work tops and up stands ordered. Reasonable price and quality and fairly speedy delivery. However the packaging it arrived in was wholly inadequate consisting of flimsy thin cardboard with a few sections of moulded polystyrene along the edges all of which appeared to have crush damage the plastic banding had cut into the packaging or were completely missing. The packaging arrived in tatters with areas of work surface exposed. Miraculously with the exception of a gouge on the underside of one they appeared to be undamaged as far as I can tell.. The supplier needs to address this easily rectified issue”

Hi Mrs Foster, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! The goods you ordered were on a 5-7 working day lead time. We received your order on 20th Jan and delivered the first part of or your order on 22rd jan. As we didn't have all the items in stock we followed on with the remaining item on the 24th Luckily this was well within the 7 working days timescale that we endeavour to deliver your goods . Yours were actually delivered within 4 working days. I am sorry if this didn't meet your needs. It may be worth considering an express delivery in future if 4 working days doesn't work for you?
