Good Afternoon, I'm sorry that you feel this way. To clarify the situation, you placed your order on Monday evening of this week, on a seven working day lead time. Further to your telephone call earlier on today, we spoke with our Blackpool branch to check on the order for you and explained that one of the doors you have ordered was in stock but the other doors that you have ordered are not stock doors so have been ordered in. These are due to arrive with us on Tuesday and time permitting, we will deliver to you on Tuesday. Failing this, we will deliver on Wednesday, which is still within the seven working day lead time. “Great worktop at a good price. Bit disappointed with delivery though. Lots of info about 'if its not Savoy driver they wont have time for you to check it so sign as damaged and then report within 24hrs'. Fine. BUT non Savoy driver had been given different instructions. Luckily he was nice about it and had to find somewhere on the packaging to photo to show 'damage'. Then it cd be marked as damaged. Embarrassing for me tho to have to insist on it when the drivers have a different system. Not impressed with that!!”

“The worktop I was looking for I found with Savoy Timber. It was the right price, the right size, the right colour,perfect. It was delivered the day after, I was amazed at this speedy delivery time. To top it all the driver, lovely chap, carried the 3 metre worktop into my garage for me. I have a broken foot and was concerned it would be left kerbside, but the driver was having none of that. All in all, it's what everyone wants from an online service.”
