“Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give 0. What can I say other than very disappointed. Given a delivery date which came and went and made promises to chase it up. Paid £25 for delivery so surely deserve an explanation (you took my payment 2 weeks ago)...still no worktop. Totally understand the times we are in, I am a carer who's time is precious. But asking me for a review is ridiculous when you've not delivered....”

Hi there Helen sorry to see you haven't received your worktop we are working so hard to get as much product to customers as we can - your shipment was shipped from us on the date required - i understand our courier is having issues and instead of next day are working 1-2 days so as of now your order will arrive 1 day late - i am sorry you have been so upset by this

“Savoy timber have been great with the service they supply, it’s Tuffnells they deliver when they want but only part of the delivery, should look for different courier.”

“I’m very pleased with my purchase and service but more happy with the fact that I could actually purchase this particular item from yourself as it has been a struggle to get hold of. It’s perfect for my needs and a great price.”

“The decking I ordered was all very good quality, no bad boards slipped in. Was great to just start and finish the decking we where doing. Well done savoy timber. Just got to say it took four weeks to get the decking delivered, but that was only cause of lockdown and I’m not complaining at all. Was grateful they where still doing deliveries.”
