“My fence panel fitted perfectly, so much better than the one my husband made.”

“Fixtures and fittings weren't fit for purpose. The screws were barely big enough to attach the spindles so I used my own. I also used my own brackets to fit the rails to the posts because the ones provided had the screws sealed to the bracket. In reality this meant it was almost impossible to use them to attach the rails. The timber however was very good!”

“I had a few issues with my order from Savoy Timber, the first worktop arrived damaged, I contacted Savoy Timber & they arranged for another worktop to be sent out the following day. Unfortunately they sent me the incorrect finish, although this was frustrating, Savoy Timber arranged for this one to be collected and delivered the correct item to me. The cut is bang on, exactly the size I need and the finish on it is great, no chips on the wood which often happens when cutting chip board style worktops. Needless to say i'm extremely happy with the worktop and the minor issues I had were rectified ASAP. Highly recommended.”

“I have emailed you twice and sent pictures of the warped gate as requested , quite needlessly so in my opinion as an a product is either suitable or unsuitable for purpose and I find it insulting for you to impune otherwise. I am still awaiting your response and, insist that this inferior product is collected and a full refund be applied to the card provided. K.G.Freeman”

Good morning Mr Freeman, the reason why we ask for photographic support is not to impune anything at all, we have a procedure to follow the first stage being photographs so we can assess the issue and then suggest and implement the most appropriate action plan to remedy any issue that might have occurred. The images provided do not categorically show warping and the gate has been installed but we can collect the gate, assess the issue and then replace or refund subject to investigation, our returns dept will be in contact kind regards Savoy Timber

“the ordering was easy , the worktops I ordered were good value, however the delivery was diabolical, I was told it would be delivered on a certain day so I had guys sat on site all day and it never turned up , I called savoy timber on numerous occasions only to be told they would get back to me but no reply . they did tell e on one occasion that 1 worth was due to delivered on the Wednesday and the other on the Thursday however on receiving nothing all day we gave up and went home . I then had guys sat on site all day Thursday and again made numerous calls to find out where the worktops were and agin was told they were out for delivery but don't know where they are, the tracking info was next to useless as it showed one worktop had been delivered when it Clearly hadn't , eventually they turned up at 16,00 on the Thursday after I sent all the guys home who were waiting to take delivery of them , not only have I had guys sat around all day costing me money I still haven't received a call from savoy timber telling me where the worktops are as promised . I suggest that they change there courier from tuffnels who I have had issues with before on numerous occasions who's tracking numbers don't even register and all it tells you is yeah its out and may be delivered at some point over the next 3 days to someone like dpd who actually give you a time slot and can be tracked”
