“So the timber product itself was great absolutely no complaints. Everything arrived and no issues. The speed of delivery was also great. What was really disappointing was they accepted my order a few weeks ago and gave me a delivery date. We arranged for someone to fit it. The day before it arrived they called me up say they didn’t have the product in so we had different sizes which we thankfully made work and we were going to have a boarder in a different colour but they’d run out of that colour and said it would be ages before they would get it in again. Why accept the order and tell me the delivery date if it isn’t in? We had no choice as we had workmen booked and were desperate to get the decking sorted for summer we just accepted the order. A great shame that we found out at the last minute. It all arrived on good time exactly when they said it would arrive. Delivery man was nice and helpful.”

“I was expecting a delivery timescale of up to 2 weeks for 4 fence panels in the current situation but was extremely impressed to receive them in 2 loads within 24 hours. Any communication I had was excellent and the young lad who delivered them was very helpful. Thevfence labels are in situ now and look great.”

“Great service from a girl named Maggie or meghan not sure which it was my husband kept getting through to a girl who sounded like she grew up in a cave and was disgusted she had to speak to another human. Luckily when I rang we got through to meghan or Maggie she was great polite and showed the best customer service I have received from a company she even went out her way to drop the missing screw off my order and kept talking to my little girl who picked up my phone while I dug out my order number then dropped the bits at my house on her way home from work. She’s the only reason the place got the 3 stars the service from your other member of staff was a joke I think she needs to find a new job”

“Had a few hickups with my order and my husband had to keep ringing but to keep getting through to a woman who sounded like she had grown up in a cave and was disgusted she had to speak to another human we all hate our jobs hun if you don’t like it leave. Eventually got through to a girl name Maggie or Megan I’m not sure and she was lovely and got us sorted within minuets. She was very polite friendly and actually had the best customer service I have received from a company she was even willing to wait for me while I found my order number and listen to my kids singing frozen down the phone to her and was asking my little girl whose her favourite characters off the film and even went out her way to drop my missing item off on her way home it was only a box of screws but it’s not the point it is people like her you should be employing to keep your business going when your busy. Please send my thanks to the girl I told her I would drop some wine off for her but she refused. Thanjs again to the young girl! Husband now has something to keep him busy outside so our girls playhouse can go on it.”
