“Website easy to use and items delivered on agreed date. However a couple of decking boards were split, hence the three stars. Overall, happy.”

“The email address for queries was of no use,was told to contact the store. Not able to contact by phone (too busy) Was then given an email address for store when I requested the main query office to get in touch with the store. The Blackpool store was very helpful.”

“I was charged 99p for postage of two samples. I received my samples today and the postage shown on the envelope was 49p I can not comment further as i have not put an order in.”

“Worktops are beautiful however one was damaged lovely crack in front could of been caused by a forklift I’ve sent email with pictures of damaged edge also spoke to Manager on Tuesday 13/4/2021 he promised to call back same day to discuss matter further however I’m still awaiting that call first time purchasing from Savoy Timber not a good start”

“Price was very competitive and much cheaper than Kwikfit. However service was not great. The tyre the was replaced was left way over inflated (was 39 PSI and should have been 31) and the dust cap was left so lose it it lucky it didn't fall off.”

“Was emailed to say I would get 24hrs notice of delivery, I got 10 minutes! Not good as I was at work. Did call to ask what went wrong and was told I’d get an email, I didn’t! But did get one asking me to write a review.”

“Ordering online excellent however the delivery dates were extremely poor, First delivery date was missed by one day , there were screws missing from my order and I had to go buy some to get the project underway, facia boards were also missing. These were delivered two weeks late, as you are aware time is precious and I took one week annual leave to fit in the project and it has not been possible to complete. The facia boards are now narrower causing more work also. Customer service has been first class one of your team Scott has been very helpful . I will use your company again however if the same issues occurred then I would not be back.”

“Good quality products. Unfortunately I had to call the store 4 days after my order as a click and collect order ready notification hadn’t been sent. Also my order hadn’t been pre cut upon arrival. The gent cutting the wood insisted that my measurements couldn’t be right although they were and the wood has been used. He was a little condescending.”

“Ordered on line, was told that I would be contacted as soon as my order was ready for collection, still waiting for the confirmation. Tried to call Blackpool store no one answered, so made a journey to store with out confirmation. Apparently my order was sent to Wigan although I'm in Blackpool. The staff at Blackpool very helpful especially Stuart who cut my order to size.”

“Ordered online expecting everything to be ready for when I went. It wasn’t and had to go to 3 different departments and help myself, so what’s the point in ordering? Email back from savoy said order ready to pickup err no!”

“Everything was great except delivery I was not even informed when delivery would be. They just delivered put outside and knocked door and said it was there. Never even knocked door to say they were here. So we are pensioners and we had to lug it all down side of house. Will not order online ever again as when you go to store the Savoy timber experience is so much better”

“Delivery was very overpriced, decking boards were extremely thin and some even chipped. On the Delivery day we didn’t hear anything from them so phoned up and they said they’re running late.. 10pm came and no phone call or nothing. The next day they came at 5pm and said sorry they didn’t come the day Before they had too much on the delivery truck but couldn’t be bothered to phone and say so we didn’t have to wait a whole day inside. Also they never phoned an hour before delivery, they literally just showed up”
