“Ordered online and paid on line 2 days before I collected, order wasn't ready so I had to wait in a shop full of people, no masks to be seen, paperwork wasn't found at first, only when I quoted my order number did they realise they where looking in the wrong pile, my paperwork was in a different pile. I was then asked to take my paperwork through to where the worktops are cut, I handed it to one guy who put it down somewhere, then a second guy asked me what I was collecting but he couldn't find my paperwork again, he eventually found it and then he cut my order on the big saw, an order they'd had for two and a half days. All in all, pretty rubbish.”

“Ordered online. 12 x Roof batons and 4 x sheets plywood, 3 of the sheets required cutting. As instructed AFTER ordering I sent cutting information to '' Sales Enquiries '' Later I received a phone call to say the order was ready for collection. I went the following day to collect, on arrival I was directed to the Sheets area. Sheets not out ready nor were they cut to size, They had not received any cutting Instructions and got 4x sheets from stock, they soon cut my sheets as required. I was then sent to another area where my ''Batons'' were taped up ready. At least half the order was ready. I usually go to Savoy at Blackpool, but as I live In PR post code they placed my order with Preston, fortunately I phoned and checked first. I live half way between the two and find Blackpool easier to park. Thanks Mr B”

“Delivery time was fine, Other than that I was very disappointed with the product. There were multiple chips and and dents on all sides of the worktop. The packaging was aweful with only half of the front edge covered leaving the other half exposed to bumps. (which obviously happened) One end of the laminate was pealing off. After having to pay 30 pounds for delivery I was at least expecting it to be brought into my home (I understand covid makes things hard) This was a 3m worktop that myself and my wife were left having to bring up a flight of stairs. I've ordered from other supliers who charge less for delivery and had 2 people who brought it up and in to the house. Honestly, aweful. I was able to salvage a section big enough for my needs. If I didn't absolutely need it this week I would have asked for another.”

Hi there, so sorry to hear that your worktop was damaged in transit and of course in these circumstances we would replace your product straight away, we would prioritise any replacement for you to get to you ASAP we would try and get the replacement to you within a few days of notification. I have checked your order and we have had no such notification, so of course we have not been able to help so far, this review being the first we have seen of your issue but if you have not installed your item we will of course replace straight away for you please let us know kind regards Savoy Timber
