“My items were dispatch quickly but didn’t turn up. I contacted you only to be told that the courier returned them as damaged but I was not informed of this. I now have to wait an extra week before they are dispatched again and may not get them to complete my decking before I have to return to work.”

“Outstanding service from order to delivery. Driver (Ursen ?) even brought it round to my back garden which was a total relief as I live alone and the fence panels were much bigger than I can manage. He is a total gentleman. No complaints- 1,000% satisfaction. Would happily recommend Savoy to anybody.”

“Tried to send email to aftersales but it bounced back. Item not delivered on specified day and was delivered the next day but we were not told this, it was left on driveway whilst we were on holiday for a week. It rained heavily and the item packaging was damaged. No communication regarding delivery until I chased it up, only to find out whilst on holiday that it had been left on our driveway two days earlier. Couldn't get to it until we were back so it was just sat there for a week in all weather. Really poor considering the £15 delivery fee.”
