“Dave who delivered my order was superb, very polite and chatty, not so thevsraff in the yard when I called for more timber. No one wanted to know and totally ignored me. Eventually a man loading a flat back asked me if I needed any help. Very poor service at the Wigan yard.”

“We were pleased to find that Savoy Timber had stock of our chosen kitchen worktop, a solid laminate that wasn't easy to source elsewhere. They also offered a cutting service but our builder was happy to cut and install on site. Delivery was prompt, though the delivery driver arrived unexpected and we missed the first attempt. But he returned the following day and all good. The worktops were very well packaged and in perfect condition. Now installed and looking good! Thanks”

“I am still waiting for order to be completed I have contacted via email with pictures 11 items on the ticket only nine delivered I only have 15 decking boards instead of the 20 stated and I had a damage one two and now my emails are not being answered”

“I would not hesitate to recommend Savoy timber. They supplied all the timber for my garden room over 7 years ago and most recently last week ordered some decking, posts and joists. The service was prompt and delivered when they said. Great value and timber with few knots or twisting. The driver dropped everything right where I asked him to and nothing was too much trouble for him. I went for the 28mm decking in 5m lengths and it will see me out that's for sure. Don't waste time shopping around just buy from Savoy, job done!”

“I ordered the wood and received it the very next day, this was great as they'd quoted 7-10 working days online when i placed the order. great service from the delivery driver, he got the wagon into a tight driveway to allow for hassle free unloading directly into my garage.”
