“Poor ,, the reason is, I did this last time I was asked to, sent a request to Savoy timber customer service, never received a reply. not impressed at all. Product and prices fine, if you get what you have paid for in advance when you turn up and the product is not in stock...”

“Very flimsy 5m decking boards,,had to return quite a few as they arrived split straight down the full length,then the replacements didn’t turn up when agreed..👎👎”

Hi There, So sorry your replacements were not on time. Due to massive timber shortages and huge transport issues throughout the country at that time, it took a few days longer than expected.
