“I ordered online to pick up at the Preston store. Rang on 29/3 and was told my order was ready for collection. On arrival I was told to pick it up at the back of the store. Given my order with collected written on it. When I tried to collect the wrong item had been sent. So Gary hand wrote not taken on my paperwork and I was told my item was on its way from China. Very helpful. When I rang the store to find out likely delivery date I was told I'd get a call today 3/4 to tell me when my items would be in. Needless to say no call....”
