“I had to email to ask when my delivery was coming after a week of not hearing anything, but I got a response. The delivery driver was friendly and took it up 2 flights of stairs for me. The product was good. Thank you.”

“They cut the small piece of worktop I needed to the correct size, packaged it well and sent it promptly. It was pretty pricey and therefore the inclusion of trim for the sides would have been nice!”

“Delivery booked for Friday 29th March - waited in all day - no delivery. Received email late in the day rescheduling for Monday 1st April - had expected a Saturday morning delivery in view of this. My relative who came this weekend to help me construct the decking has to return home. No phone calls ( in fact I couldn’t get through to Tuffnells), no explanation, no apology.”

“I had someone driving into preston to see me, I needed a sheet of 8 x 4 mdf. he offered to pick it up and deliver it after going on line and ordering mdf, he picked it up and delived it this was good on-line service, from going on line my friend was able to pick up the mdf with 40 minutes of placing the order will use again”

“Firstly,price extremely good compared to the DIY big boys ! Communication excellent,goods arrived on date promised. Quality looks superb,only delivered yesterday so not started the work yet,but sure there won’t be any problems !”
