“Ordered two worktop samples on Internet payed for them with PayPal at the same time as ordering Only received one sample rang sales said one would post straight away so far still received nothing, Sent email attention of Savoy manager sales replied saying one would be sent straight away. Still haven’t received beech sample that has been payed for. Poor show.”

“Very helpful and prompt delivery service (although at a price). Quality of timber was very good with limited damage or warping, and consistent in colour (mainly because we were given more decking boards than was needed). Overall good value for money”
