“Probably me being stupid only fault when I ordered the handrail the advert said Top and bottom handrail I thought you would get both but you have to order double the amount apart from that great service”

“Placed an order for a 2m laminated worktop on 24-Oct-2020, which was advertised to come with 1.3m of edging material FOC. The order included two cuts to the worktop; to 1077mm wide and 545mm deep. On receipt I found there to be no edging material in the package. I emailed two accounts (sarab@... and enquiries@...) on 4-Nov-2020 asking for the missing edging material to be sent - no reply and no edging material received. Today I come to fit the worktop and find that althought the length is exactly 1077mm, the second cut was never made and the worktop is still the defauly 600mm. So 2 out of 5, I received the worktop cut to length, but the second cut was never made, the edging material was not delivered and no reply to email. Caveat emptor”

“Good wood at a good price. My rating was because despite two calls a week apart to change a 33" door for a 30" door and to ask for one cut on a sheet of ply both of these actions were not completed.”

“I ordered a custom made door back in mid August and it was ready for dispatch mid to late September. I received a text message to say it was being dispatched on that day, almost immediately I received another message to tell me that the door had not been made correctly and was going back to the joinery to be remade. I finally received the door early November. I still give this company 5 stars for the civil and polite way they handled my queries also mistakes happen, and they told me of the problem before I found it after delivery. Thankyou”

“It was very easy for me to order the work top which was advised to be on a 5 day lead time. Shortly after I place the order I got a communication stating it would be delivered WC 5th Oct. It was eventually delivered on the 10th November some 6 weeks after order and the first automated email was the only communication initiated by Savoy Timber. After that, It was down to me to chase for my delivery. On occasions I was given assurances that it was in dispatch and would be delivered and when that delivery was missed, on me chasing again, it was obvious that the worktop wasn't actually with them. Communication was poor, one sided and very frustrating”
