“Best prices and customer service. Savoy have been around the North west for years. They are full of all things DIY to Professional. The prices are great, and have some items not found elsewhere. This time we were looking for worktops and splashbacks. I ordered a tiny sample off Ebay, which got lost in the post. My email was answered quickly and I received the sample with no problems. From there we bought everything via their website, and the delivery was great. The driver helped put everything in the garage, was very chatty and friendly. The only problem was that I couldn't buy plywood online for delivery. I used their online chat to help but they stated that the plywood could be damaged during delivery, which I can understand. I would suggest that they could have a pop-up acceptance form for plywood deliveries, stating they could be damaged and get the buyer to accept responsibility for damaged sheets. This could be retained with the order and invoice so that there would be less returns and complaints. Apart from that, I will be using Savoy again.”

“very pleased with Savoy Timber, all staff very pleasant, good price for the worktops and delivery, There was some damage to the 900mm breakfast bar when unpacked, emailed Savoy Timber with a picture, and with no quibble they have ordered me a new worktop to be delivered, so overhaul excellent service.”
