It was very easy for me to order the work top which was advised to be on a 5 day lead time. Shortly after I place the order I got a communication stating it would be delivered WC 5th Oct. It was eventually delivered on the 10th November some 6 weeks after order and the first automated email was the only communication initiated by Savoy Timber. After that, It was down to me to chase for my delivery. On occasions I was given assurances that it was in dispatch and would be delivered and when that delivery was missed, on me chasing again, it was obvious that the worktop wasn't actually with them. Communication was poor, one sided and very frustrating
