“Ordered fence panels which are good quality, on line website easy to use. Ordered Friday delivery should have been Monday but they were able to deliver Saturday. Great customer service.”

“On line order dealt with promptly and a phone call to agree delivery date. Unfortunately some of the staves on the panels were damaged or badly nailed so remedial work necessary”

“Unfortunately I had to chase my order up, which was a disappointment. However everyone one was polite and helpful dealing with my complaint. When the order arrived 2 of the items were damaged. The driver noticed them and offered without prompting to redeliver the 2 items within the hour, so good service there. Delivery is far too expensive at £15 for such a local delivery.”

Hi there apologies for the damage in transit - we really make every effort to ensure the parcels are packaged more than adequately to stop any damage - looks like this didn't happen this time - apologies for that and thankfully you could use the worktop - if this happens in the future please be aware that we would always replace damaged items no question. kind regards Savoy Timber

“Everything was great from the start to delivery. Good communication excellent price. Delivered on time with lots of messages explaining where it was etc. The only disappointing thing was the product itself! Split at one end and despite leaving it out for a day out of the packaging, now the staircase is in situ, the bannister is quite warped. Other than the item, I cannot and will not fault the service. Just such a shame.”

“Order didn't arrive on time. Paid for express delivery and didn't get it. Cost me a days labour when installer turned up and timber wasn't here. When contacted Savoy weren't really bothered, was told they would get shipment delivered on the Saturday. It did arrive but was incomplete. Over a week later and still waiting for bits to arrive.”

“Its amazing to be able to buy timber cheaper than my local yard even including delivery and it came very quick for standard delivery. Made a decent bit of furniture out of it with no throw outs!”
