“Everything ordered was delivered within the timescale.I had to contact the company by phone which was quick and easy with just two options and was speaking to a person. The driver advised me he would be at the address in 30mins and he was, he also unloaded the items and put them under the carport, my wife said he was very pleasant no moaning etc.All in all a good transaction will use them again.Thanks very much.”

“Used Click & Collect. Advised order ready to collect at 5 pm Mon. Went to collect at 11 am Tues, wood hadn't been cut had to wait while 2 other walk in customers had their wood cut, took nearly an hour.”

“My order was supposed to be delivered 3 separate times. Each time I took a day off work to wait in for it .... and each time it never turned up. I cancelled the order after the third time and even now 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for the refund. !!! I suggest you go else where.”

“Easy to order, made in good time. Delivery company shocking, made one attempt and left a UKMAIL calling card, delivery company was Tuffnells, rang to enquire and was told it was Coopers doing the delivery. Ended up having to collect myself”

“I purchased 5 pine doors from savoy timber. I had searched other DIY online stores and nothing could beat their prices and great value that they have. good service from delivery to enquiring information. I would gladly purchase from them again in the future!”

“Good price, not the best quality! Was a mistake with my delivery...was not apologetic. They did come the next day to replace the wrong item but was waiting around for half the day! Delivery far to expensive!”

“Although I bought a decking kit, a lot of the joists and deck boards varied in length, meaning I had to trim them. The first sea of buying a ready to go kit was that it would avoid any cutting. I also had to ring up to prompt them to send the information instructions (which were as basic and generic as it was possible to be)”

“Ordered an item online that was apparently no longer available even though it was still readily available to purchase on the web site. 3 wks passed by without any contact so if I hadn’t have contacted you I would have been none the wiser and out of pocket. If an item becomes unavailable it should be removed immediately. 2 wks further on and the item is still on the website.”
