“Very disappointed with a family run company, order didn’t arrive when told it would, poor quality, service and customer care is non existent, promised a call back from manager 3 days ago and still waiting 😡 Tuffnells delivery were ruder than rude, I will not be recommending this company or their products very very disappointed 😓”

Good afternoon, our sincere apologies that your splashback was delayed but i believe this all to be received now. It is unfortunate but manufacturers do have delays on products from time to time and we try our best to work around product delays. I have passed your comments onto our couriers regards the delivery driver not waiting for you to inspect the products and will revert back,. I apologise if you were awaiting a call back from myself but I have not received a request that you would like me too, i am always more than happy to call and assist in anyway I possibly can. i have just called but could not get through. “I bought a worktop and I cancelled the order before, I received the item. However the item was delivered and then it was a nightmare to send that back as the courier promised several times to collected the item and they did not. Finally the item was collected on 11/9/19 and I have not receive my money back.”
