“Ordered a decking kit Wednesday at 10pm for next day delivery. Sure enough it turned up Friday lunchtime. Driver was friendly and efficient. Haven't built the deck yet, but everything looks good quality and 1/3rd what you'd pay for DIY store tat. Will definitely buy from them again”

“i bought 4 worktops quite dear and heavy then I was told to pay £55 delivery, at the last hour before delivery I was informed that I had to carry them myself being 70 Great. of the 4 items 2 were damaged and had be returned I got a partial refund but no refund on the delivery charge. not very happy with service.”

“The delivery of our work top arrived as planned but one end of the worktop was missing an inch of the laminate coating - it was just the bare MDF type material underneath. We didnt notice until after we had cut the piece in half and have had to resolvet the issue ourself. I cant understand why anyone in your warehouse would store or package an item that wasnt complete and had a fault at one end. We had workmen coming to install the kitchen and did not have time to complain or send this piece back to you but we are disappointed in your quality control and inspection processes. Essentialy, we have paid for an item that was not complete and it caused us further issues.”

Good afternoon, our kitchen worktops are supplied longer than the quoted size to allow for trimming of the worktop ends. This is an industry standard practice. This protects the laminate from chipping in transit or when being put in storage as if not over sized the laminate, which is quite a thin worktop component part, could be chipped which would then render the full worktop damaged and unusable. The worktops can be stored vertically and so would be stood on their end and so could damage the laminate. The joiners that install worktops should be aware of this standard process, but I hope that you were happy with the quality of the worktop and understand your point if you were not aware of the requirement for trimming when installing the worktops.
