Hi There, Apologise there was a wait while you collected your order. we are unable to have goods ready for collection as most of our customers orders take up a large amount of space. We Physically don't have the space on our sites to pick every order . if you wish to order again if you pop in the comments a time you would like to collect and we can have it ready for you. “Easy process right from initially ordering the decking. Friendly helpful delivery driver (Dave). Order had a board missing but it was delivered next working day. Cant fault these guys in the slightest!!”

“Service was good but the 50 spindles I ordered were very dried out so much so they took three coats of paint and the wood is very rough because the rings in rhe wood dried at different rates”

“After spending over £100 for delivery for a project over the easter weekend my delivery was missing items, after 5 calls i finally got through and told the items will be sent out for the following Tuesday (after easter) meaning i had to work from home so to sign for the items, but nothing turned up. Left it a few more days and still no delivery so i called back to be told nothing has been dispatched, now i need to wait yet another week for a weekend to finish off my project, not happy! As it stands, i still do not have my missing items.”

Hi Sir, so sorry you had trouble receiving your order. We use Tuffnells for delivery and when I have reviewed what has happened it looks like they have miss routed your order . We sent the missing items out for you and we have spoken to Tuffnells and they have explained they had an unusually large amount of freight in their network on the Bank Holiday weekend and they also apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
