“Firstly I didn’t get all parts as specified on the website, after contacting them the nice lady sorted everything for the next day, happy with the solution although making sure all parts were in the consignment to start with would’ve been better Overall happy”

“From the start of ordering to delivery of my U shaped worktop with miter joints pre-cut and cut ends trimmed, the process was simple and easy to follow, customer services were excellent, even after several dimension changes by myself. They helped throughout the ordering process. I was kept informed of progress and a confirmed delivery date was agreed with no dramas. Delivery was on time (10 days from the order being verified), the delivery driver was most helpful and pleasant. Finally, the worktop cut to order including two miter joints to form a U shaped worktop, all measurements were exactly as I ordered, the joints cut neatly and married up exactly and all cut ends trims finished very well. Overall a very satisfying experience, at a reasonable cost, I will be using your companies services again and will recommend them to anyone contemplating carrying out this type of work themselves. Thank You.”

“The quality of the materials was excellent. However the company gave me no indication of what time I could expect delivery on the given day, only 8.00am - 6.00pm, no text or phone call to give an approximate time. When the decking arrived, there was no check list to make sure everything was delivered. When I opened the parcels, there was no instructions on how to assemble the decking, pretty important as I bought the "kit" to make assembly as simple as possible. No doubt there will be the usual excuses and reasons for what is pretty poor customer service, so easily avoided.”
