“The decking I ordered was received on time and was delivered by a very helpful driver called Dave.He asked where I would like the decking put and it went excellently where I told him, he also give advice about looking after decking which I was extremely grateful for. Credit to your company .”

“Great communiation. I paid for delivery but when the order went through, I was told it was ready for collection. I was telephoned personally about this and reassured it would be delivered. Couldn't be happier with the customer service. Product excellent too. Thanks!”

“Service from the Company was good. My order was easy to make and the item was dispatched in good time. However, on receipt I found that the item was slightly damaged, so I reported this to Savoy and a chap called Adrian was very helpful with regards to this. I was prepared to accept this minor damage. However, when I started to fit the door, I was disappointed to find that the door was not quite rectangular. The corners were not 90 degree angles, meaning that one side of the door was about 1/2 cm higher than the other. As a result, fitting the door took far longer than I had anticipated because I needed to use a saw and a plain to compensate for the imprecise angles. I know that the door was not expensive but the quality of its finishing was disappointing nonetheless.”
