“timber arrived damaged, sent email with photos, no one bothered to reply. hand rail of poor quality looks like it was only dipped in preservative and not done under pressure.”

“The product (worktops) was fairly priced, exceptionally well packed and promptly delivered with plenty of progress updating etc in the interim. I particularly valued being able to buy 2 x 2m lengths rather than 3m lengths locally - impossible to transport in a car and far too much waste but of course each persons requirements will vary.”

“Paid £125 for next day delivery. 12 out 13 items delivered. 3 days later still not received last package as being ‘misrouted’ twice. No one will accept blame or compensate for my loss. Very poor communication between themselves and ‘Tuffnalls’ and the paying customer. Very poor.”
